On average, our products can take 3-15 days to ship to your location, but some of our products can ship as quick as 1-3 days!
We ship all of our products globally.
You can track your order by going to the main menu, clicking the dropdown button, and then clicking “Track My Order”. From there, place the tracking / order number given for your product during checkout and paste it in the tracking / order number. Then click “Track your order”.
Contact customer service by clicking the chat box on the bottom right corner of your screen, and report bugs by looking under the footer menu and clicking the "Contact" page. We appreciate all bug submissions and will respond to any assistance or bug messages as soon as possible.
